HARALSON APPLE
Fruit: -Up to 2.5 inches;
-greenish yellow with lots of red, somewhat cone shaped;
-flesh is somewhat tough;
-good for cooking, fair for fresh eating;
-stores well for twenty five weeks;
-ripens in early October.
Tree: Round headed with upright
growth habit.
Comments: Introduced by the
University of Minnesota in 1923. It is only hardy to Zone 3a.
