NORTHLINE SASKATOON The familiar Saskatoon Berry! Tall upright spreading shrub known for its flowering habit and unique fruit. Great for out of hand eating, pies, and preserves. Large Shrub: Height 3m (8 ft) Foliage: Dark green; usually somewhat open canopy. Flowers: Showy white flowers. In the wild, this is the first common plant to flower. Fruit: This variety is very productive. Commonly used by U-Pick operators and commercial orchards. Comments: Thrives in almost any well drained soil.
