PRAIRIE SUN APPLE

Fruit: -Up to 3 inches;
-creamy green colour with pink blush;
-excellent texture and good flavour;
-small core;
-resists browning when cut;
-good for cooking, juice, and fresh eating;
-not a real good keeper.

Tree: Semi-dwarf, semi-spur type. Strong branches capable of supporting a heavy crop. It is thought to be fire blight resistant.

Comments: This is an exciting new release from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000. It is hardy and disease resistant.
