Fruit Size Classification
Crabapples are less than 3.5 cm (1.5 in.) in diameter.
They are usually quite tart but suitable for canning and jellies.
Applecrabs are 3.5 to 5 cm (1.5 to 2 in.) in diameter. They are
similar in flavour to apples.
Apples are more than 5 cm (2 in.) in diameter. |
